Your initial sesssion can be booked from this web page and if you choose to join one of our therapy programs then you will have access to a booking portal which means you can conveniently then arrange your subsequent sessions.
It is normal to feel unsure at first. Sessions move at your pace and respect your boundaries. We also incorporate other ways of working with you if you are not able to verbalise your experiences.
So that you are getting structured and consistent support we run four and six month therapy program engagements. Towards the end of these periods you can decide whether you wish to continue or conclude your therapeutic work.
