Client testimonials

We have supported many adults with ADHD, whether employed, self-employed, starting or running a business, to better understand themselves, strengthen their relationships and create more balanced and sustainable ways of living.

“I would recommend ADHD Success to anyone considering therapy for ADHD. I had been thinking about getting support for a long time but kept putting it off. Starting therapy helped me understand myself better and feel less overwhelmed by everything I was carrying. Over time, I've become calmer, got rid of my imposter syndrom and better able to manage my relationships and work without constantly feeling under pressure.”

Louise

Director, Financial Services

"Working with you has completely turned things around for me. Through our sessions I learned to understand my patterns, how I make sense of situations and finally understand why I respond to pressure the way I do. This has helped me reduce my anxiety and recover from burnout in a way that genuinely works for me. I feel more confident, more focused and my manager has noticed a real improvement in my performance."

Mark

Operations Manager

“For years, I was constantly overworking, saying yes to everything, and putting everyone else first. I was exhausted, overwhelmed and close to burnout, but I didn’t know how to change it. Through therapy with ADHD Success, I’ve learned to recognise my patterns, set healthy boundaries, and stop people-pleasing at my own expense. I now feel more confident, more balanced, and in control of my work and life. My business is growing again and it’s made the biggest difference to me in years. Thank you.”"

Sarah

Marketing Consultant

“I’ve done well in my career but have always struggled with my emotions, patience and the way I communicate, both at work and at home. I was often reactive and short-tempered, and it was affecting my relationships with my team, my wife, and my children. Through this therapy I’ve learned to understand myself better and respond more calmly. The difference this has made to my family and my working relationships has been huge.”
