How it works
You attend regular one-to-one therapy sessions in a calm, confidential setting, where you are supported to reflect on your experiences, explore patterns in your thoughts and relationships, and develop a deeper understanding of yourself over time. You will start with an initial session to explore what has brought them here and what they would like to work on. If you choose to continue, you will be invited to join a structured four- or six-month therapy programme, offering regular sessions to support continuity, trust, and meaningful change.
